How does Auto Pay work?

Turn it on for a recurring service and pick its billing day. On that day the invoice is created and the customer's saved payment method is charged. Nothing is charged when you turn it on.

Can each customer be billed on a different day?

Yes. The billing day is set for each recurring service: the 1st, the 15th, the last day of the month, or any day you pick.

How do customers pay?

Online, from the link on the invoice or in their portal, by card or bank account. The office can also record cash or a check.

Does it sync with QuickBooks?

Yes. Customers, paid invoices and their payments go to QuickBooks Online on their own while you are connected.

Can customers manage their own billing?

Yes. In the customer portal they see their invoices, pay online and keep their payment methods.

What does it cost?

PoolStack is $79 a month in one tier. Card processing is a separate cost on the payments you take. See pricing
