How we measure uptime
Synthetic checks against poolyai.com, app.poolyai.com, and the API every 60 seconds from multiple regions. A component is degraded if response time exceeds 2x baseline, partial if any region fails, and outage if all regions fail. The 90 day figures on this page are entered by hand. They are not a live reading.
How we communicate
Status updates here within 5 minutes of incident detection. Customer email within 15 minutes. Resolution timeline and root cause posted on each incident.
